African Fusion for Bellydancers
Sunday at Dance Fusion AZ  9:00-10:30AM
Invite all muscles in your body to revel in the movements and sounds of African dance and music. Spanning multiple styles of African dance, you will undoubtedly get a mini work out as you explore these expressive full body movements. We will start our session with a yoga inspired stretch, to let your muscles start to heat up before we get fully moving. A comprehensive full body cool down will bring your body to a safe and balanced space at our class conclusion. You will walk away with your heart full of the joys of African dance.

Piecing these combination together gives you a vibrant AfricanBelly Fusion choreography.

*Barefeet standard, shoes optional and suggested for sensitive feet or knees. Medium to high impact, high cardio class. Wear comfortable close fitting clothing for proper posture instruction. Bring Water for proper hydration.
